I think this will be a great beginner's craft for Ella. We haven't tried it yet, but it looks like you just wrap yarn back and forth around the loom, to create some nice 70's hot pads, shawls and wall hangings. It's all about the process. Who knows we might actually like something that we make.A couple of other fun items. So excited about this cutting guide. I'm not even sure what it is called but I remember my grandma used to use hers all the time to cut fabric. I love my rotary cutter but my self healing mat is on the small side. I'm excited to have something a little larger.
I had one of these growing up and it was so much fun!! My mom had so many hot mitts and hot plates. Awe how much fun she will have!

We just found one of these at an auction and thought it would be fun, but no instructions :( My little girl would really enjoy this and I know it would be fun for us to do together. Do you still have this and the instructions? My email is alesibo @ yahoo.com
ReplyDeleteI picked one of these up on Ebay, a few years ago....
ReplyDeleteI haven't tried anything but think I might start something tomorrow...
