the wonder-loom...

The Wonder-Loom circa 1977.
I think this will be a great beginner's craft for Ella. We haven't tried it yet, but it looks like you just wrap yarn back and forth around the loom, to create some nice 70's hot pads, shawls and wall hangings. It's all about the process. Who knows we might actually like something that we make.A couple of other fun items. So excited about this cutting guide. I'm not even sure what it is called but I remember my grandma used to use hers all the time to cut fabric. I love my rotary cutter but my self healing mat is on the small side. I'm excited to have something a little larger.

  1. I had one of these growing up and it was so much fun!! My mom had so many hot mitts and hot plates. Awe how much fun she will have!

  2. Hi... Sooo My name is Gina and I am the little girl on the cover of that Wonder-Loom box. It is awesome to see it here on your page. You can make so many things with the Wonder-Loom My grandmother made comforters, ponchos, hot pads and so much more.
I know its a long time past that you posted this but do you still have it?

  3. We just found one of these at an auction and thought it would be fun, but no instructions :( My little girl would really enjoy this and I know it would be fun for us to do together. Do you still have this and the instructions? My email is alesibo @

  4. I picked one of these up on Ebay, a few years ago....
I haven't tried anything but think I might start something tomorrow...
    Think I have the directions.
If I remember works kinda like the Butterfly looms
