pluots, tomatoes (fun to look at, but luckily we are still enjoying plenty from our little garden), strawberries, asparagus, golden raspberries, plums, white peaches...
i love them all.
this was our first time to the farmer's market in long beach.
i wish it was closer to home. the big grassy area was the perfect spot to sit and enjoy a super yummy cheese and green chile tamale...YUM!!
fresh fruit and veggies make me smile.

I LOVE the farmer's market!! You can definteily tell the difference between the taste and smell of a farmer's market vegetable and the grocer's vegetables. Love love love

ReplyDeleteWe don't have farmer's market anywhere around. :( But being in the country, we have tons of produce stands which are *almost* as good. Not as much fun though!
